Each person may hold only one active 1jgame account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances or winnings in duplicate accounts will be voided.
All bonuses issued by 1jgame are subject to wagering requirements. The specific turnover multiple, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
All transactions on 1jgame are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Any form of cheating, collusion, use of software exploits, or deliberate manipulation of game outcomes is strictly prohibited. 1jgame employs fraud detection systems and will void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts where fraudulent activity is identified.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players regardless of the device used to access the platform, whether desktop, mobile browser, or any other means of access. The terms govern all activities conducted on the platform including, but not limited to, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, wagering, bonus participation, and communication with the 1jgame support team.

1jgame reserves the right to request Verification Documents from any player at any time to confirm age, identity, and residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 1jgame may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the 1jgame platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 1jgame makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk. 1jgame reserves the right to restrict access from any territory at its sole discretion.
The following persons are not eligible to hold a 1jgame account or participate in any games or promotions:
To access real-money gaming on 1jgame, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account and to update it promptly if any details change.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1jgame platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1jgame will close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 1jgame support team immediately at [email protected].
An account that has been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 1jgame reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts as set out in its current fee schedule. Players will be notified via their registered contact method before any such fee is applied.
1jgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following locally supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1jgame does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not charge currency conversion fees.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your 1jgame account at the time of the transaction. 1jgame reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
1jgame targets processing of withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets within two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one (1) business day. These timelines are targets and not guarantees; processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
1jgame reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where the deposit triggers anti-money laundering checks, where the funding source cannot be verified, or where the deposit would breach applicable regulatory requirements. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 1jgame are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. Where any conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple for each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it are not available for withdrawal.
All bonuses carry an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The expiry clock begins from the time the bonus is credited to the account, not from the time of first use.
1jgame reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing minimum-risk bets systematically to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine participation, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms.
Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration except as expressly permitted by these terms. 1jgame reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including retrospectively where abuse is identified.
1jgame reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where the bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced, where a pricing error is identified, or where the system experiences a technical fault. Bets accepted in error will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the 1jgame platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting lobby and may vary by game type, market, and account status. 1jgame reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to any account at its discretion.
Where a bet is accepted or a game outcome is determined as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, corrupted game data, or software malfunction — 1jgame reserves the right to void the relevant bets or game rounds and return stakes to players. 1jgame's decision in respect of manifest errors is final.
Each game category on the 1jgame platform — including cricket betting, live casino, video slots, Hi-Lo, and Bingo Adventure — operates according to its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before participating.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jgame platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the 1jgame platform without the prior written consent of 1jgame.
1jgame collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 1jgame.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
1jgame will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged to operate and maintain the platform — including payment processors and identity verification services — solely to the extent necessary to provide those services. All such third parties are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
1jgame retains the right to monitor and record all activity on player accounts, including game history, transaction records, and communications with the support team, for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jgame shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:
1jgame's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 1jgame's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

1jgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where: a player has breached these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; the player fails to complete identity verification within required timeframes; or closure is required to comply with applicable regulatory obligations.
Where an account is closed by 1jgame due to a breach of these terms, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. 1jgame's decision in respect of account closures is final, subject to any applicable regulatory appeals process.
1jgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1jgame will provide notice to active players via their registered contact method and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Continued use of the 1jgame platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1 above.
The version of the Terms & Conditions currently in force is indicated by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions of these terms may be obtained upon request by contacting the 1jgame support team.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 1jgame holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 1jgame platform or these terms, you should in the first instance contact the 1jgame support team in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. 1jgame will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a full written response within fourteen (14) business days.
